Male Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA)

Role purpose: to support the development and delivery of psychosocial and CJS allied support to male survivors of sexual violence
Reporting to: CSL
Hours: 22.5hrs per week (Monday – Friday with some possible evening and weekend working)
Salary: £27000 (actual £16200) + 5% employer pension contribution + clinical supervision
Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Contract: 16 months (Dec 2021 – April 2023)
Location: Bradford with some operational travel

Clinical Services Lead (CSL)

Role purpose: to support the development and delivery of trauma-focused therapy and allied therapeutic services to male survivors of sexual violence with shared line management therapeutic and support workers
Reporting to: CEO
Hours: 22.5hrs per week (Monday – Friday with some possible evening and weekend working)
Salary: £32,500 (actual £19500) + 5% employer pension contribution + clinical supervision
Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Contract: 36 months (2021 – 2024)
Location: Bradford with some operational travel

Operations Administration Officer (OPO)

Role purpose: to manage and develop the organisation’s operational outputs and monitoring to support the delivery of office operations
Reporting to: CEO
Hours: 18.75 hrs per week (Monday – Friday with some possible evening and weekend working)
Salary: £22500 (actual £12370) + 5% employer pension contribution
Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Contract: 36 months (2021 – 2024)
Location: Bradford with some operational travel

Freelance Qualified and registered Adult Counsellors/Psychotherapists

Role purpose: deliver online video trauma informed counselling to male survivors
Hours: Sessional (7 days)
Sessional rate: £30 per client session (including all client administration)
Client DNA: £15 per missed session
Supervision: Group provide free once per month
Contract: Self-employed
Location: remote from home using our dedicated video counselling platform. (Possible future offline work for West Yorkshire based therapists)
